No. Entflow never modifies, deletes, or touches your existing workflows or CRM records. The one exception is the duplicate feature: when you run it, Entflow creates new workflows as drafts in a target portal you choose, and your source workflows are never changed.

We store your workflow configurations and metadata to power the dependency map, changelog, and conflict detection. We never store your CRM records (contacts, companies, or deals), and we never sell or share your data. You can disconnect and delete everything at any time.

Entflow connects via HubSpot's public OAuth API, which is available on all HubSpot tiers including Free. Workflows themselves require HubSpot Professional or Enterprise - on Free and Starter there are no workflows to map. Entflow maps whatever workflows exist in your portal.

Yes - every individual plan supports connecting multiple HubSpot portals under one Entflow account. Each portal has its own sync history, dependency map, changelog, and canvas, and you can switch between them from the top navigation. The per-portal workflow and AI-analysis limits on your plan apply to each portal individually. Agency plans add centralised management and a capped portal count (3/10/30).

Every plan gets instant A-F grades calculated in your browser, no API calls. It checks for missing suppression, emails without delays, and more. Deep AI analysis is on paid plans.

No - we don't read your contacts or companies at all: not individual records, not field values, not even an aggregate count. We read only your workflow configurations and your property/pipeline definitions (names and labels) - never the data inside your CRM. We store none of your CRM records.

Read-only everywhere except one feature you trigger explicitly: Duplicate to Another Portal, which creates new workflows as disabled drafts in a second portal you own. It never edits or deletes existing workflows and never writes to your CRM.

Read scopes for automation (workflows), your object and property schemas (contacts, companies, deals, tickets), lists, forms, and content - to resolve the IDs inside your workflows into readable names. We do not request read access to your contact or company records, and we do not request HubSpot's sensitive-data scopes. The automation write capability is used only so the optional duplicate feature can create draft workflows.

Disconnecting deletes the stored data + token for that portal. If you're the only user, everything is deleted; if the portal is shared, your access is removed and data remains for teammates until the last person disconnects. You can also revoke Entflow from HubSpot's Connected Apps.

Only when you run Deep AI analysis (paid): the workflow's definition is sent to Anthropic (Claude). Free local health scores never leave your browser. CRM records are never sent.
