Automatic change detection on every sync

Every time Entflow syncs your portal, it compares the current state of every workflow against the last known state. New workflows, deleted workflows, modified workflows - all detected automatically. For each change, Entflow records the workflow name, the type of change, the specific element that changed, and the before/after values. No manual tracking, no spreadsheets.

Action-level change tracking

Entflow doesn't just tell you a workflow changed - it tells you what inside it changed. An action was added in step 4. The email in step 2 was swapped. A delay was changed from 2 hours to 24 hours.
