Automatic change detection on every sync

Every time Entflow syncs your portal, it compares the current state of every workflow against the last known state. New workflows, deleted workflows, modified workflows - all detected automatically. For each change, Entflow records the workflow name, the type of change, the specific element that changed, and the before/after values where both sides exist. No manual tracking, no spreadsheets.
