Refund Policy
Cancellation, refunds, and statutory consumer rights for Entflow subscriptions.
01Summary
We may issue discretionary refunds for technical issues, duplicate charges, or accidental purchases (Section 4), and we honour all statutory consumer rights where they apply (Section 5).
02How Billing Works
Entflow offers paid subscription tiers, preceded by a 14-day free trial for new accounts - no payment method is collected until you subscribe. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle securely handles payment processing, collects and remits applicable sales tax / VAT in your jurisdiction, and issues tax-compliant invoices on our behalf.
By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorise recurring charges to your payment method at the start of each billing period until you cancel. The applicable price, currency, and billing cadence are shown on the checkout page before you confirm.
03Cancelling Your Subscription
You may cancel your subscription at any time:
- From within Entflow: Settings → Plan & Billing → Manage subscription.
- By following the link in any Paddle receipt email to manage your subscription directly.
- By emailing us at hello@entflow.app with your order ID and the email address used at checkout.
Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period - you keep full access until then. We do not pro-rate refunds for unused days within a period that has already started.
04Discretionary Refunds
Refunds are at our discretion. We will generally issue one in these cases:
- Technical issue we couldn't resolve. A bug or outage on our side that prevented you from using the Service for a meaningful portion of a billing period.
- Duplicate charge or billing error. If you were charged twice for the same period, charged after a successful cancellation, or charged for a plan you did not select.
- Accidental purchase. If you contact us promptly (within a few days of the charge) and have not made meaningful use of the Service.
We will not generally issue a refund for:
- Forgetting to cancel before a renewal billed.
- Switching to a competing tool mid-period.
- Service limitations clearly disclosed before purchase (workflow limit, plan features, sync cooldown).
- Subscriptions older than 60 days from the charge in question.
Email hello@entflow.app with your order ID and a brief description of the issue. We aim to respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed through Paddle within 5 business days; please allow 5–10 additional business days for the funds to appear on your statement, depending on your bank or card issuer.
05Statutory Rights (EU / UK Consumers)
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under the EU Consumer Rights Directive and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. This runs from the date you subscribed.
Entflow is a digital service that begins immediately after subscription. By starting to use the Service during the withdrawal period, you expressly consent to immediate performance and acknowledge that your right of withdrawal will be lost in respect of the Service that has already been performed. If you have not used the Service during the withdrawal period, you may exercise your statutory right by emailing hello@entflow.app within 14 days of your subscription with your order ID and the email address used at checkout.
Nothing in this policy affects your non-waivable consumer rights under applicable law.
06Failed Payments
If a renewal payment fails, Paddle will retry the charge over a short period and notify you by email. If the payment cannot be collected, your subscription will be paused: you will lose access to Entflow's in-app features but your portal data remains stored so you can reactivate at any time by updating your payment method. No refund is owed in this case - failed payments simply stop further charges.
07Chargebacks
If you have a billing concern, please contact hello@entflow.app first - we will almost always resolve it faster than a chargeback. Initiating a chargeback before contacting us may result in your account being suspended pending the dispute outcome and may forfeit any in-progress refund consideration.
08Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated “Last updated” date and, where required by law, communicated by email. Changes apply to charges that occur after the change date - they do not retroactively alter the terms of any in-progress refund request.
