WHAT'S NEW

Release notes

Recent changes to Entflow. Entries tagged Permissions require existing customers to reconnect HubSpot from Settings → Danger Zone to grant a newly-added scope.

FEATURE

Simulate a record before it exists

  • Describe a contact, company, deal or any other record — or fill in one of your own forms — and see exactly which workflows pick it up, in what order, and how long until each step runs.
  • Follow the chain: when one workflow sets the field that enrols the next, the canvas draws that link and starts the second workflow at the moment of the change.
  • Every workflow that did not enrol is listed with the one condition that blocked it, so “why didn’t this fire?” has an answer instead of a hunt.
  • Times come from the delays in your workflows, and anything the simulation cannot know — custom code, webhooks, waits on a real-world event — is marked rather than guessed.
REMOVED

Flow Timeline has been removed

  • Flow Timeline is gone: portals model their lifecycles too differently for us to work out an execution order we can promise is correct, and we would rather ship nothing than ship an order you can't trust.
  • Arranging the map is now instant - pick Object or Cluster and the layout applies straight away, with no analysis step and no waiting.
  • Flow Timeline no longer appears on the Growth and Pro plan listings; nothing else about those plans changes.
IMPROVEMENT

See exactly where a property is used

  • Property Impact now shows the step number at which each workflow reads or writes a property, so you can go straight to the action instead of hunting for it.
  • Clicking a step opens that workflow and jumps to the action.
  • Workflows that branch on a property now count as reading it. Portals with a lot of branching will see noticeably higher reference counts and more connections on the map after their next sync - those references were always there, they just weren't being counted.
IMPROVEMENT

Bigger bulk duplication jobs and a gentler trial ending

  • Bulk duplication now handles up to 100 workflows per job, up from 25.
  • When a trial ends, your portal switches to view-only instead of locking: everything already synced stays visible, and picking a plan resumes syncing instantly.
  • Plan & Billing now shows every plan as an expandable row, so you can compare what each tier includes without leaving the app.
FEATURE

Duplicate workflows to another portal

  • Copy any workflow from one connected portal into another. Entflow rebuilds the whole thing, branches and all, as a draft you activate yourself.
  • Bulk-duplicate up to 25 workflows in a single job, with one consolidated mapping screen for the entire batch.
  • Map every property, list, form, email, and user to the target portal's equivalent, with searchable, auto-suggested matches scoped to the right object.
  • Available on the Unlimited individual plan and all agency plans.
IMPROVEMENT

Sharper recommendations and clearer filters

  • Cleanup recommendations are noticeably more accurate, with fewer false alarms across the board so the items you do see are worth acting on.
  • Reconnecting HubSpot is now a one-click action from your settings, with your synced data, canvas, and tags all preserved.
  • The workflows page lets you filter by individual custom objects rather than collapsing them all under one label.
  • Map nodes use HubSpot's own brand colours so the visual story carries over between tools.
PERMISSIONSReconnect required

Owner names on the map

  • Workflow detail panels and the user filter now show real names instead of numeric IDs.
  • Reconnect HubSpot from your settings to grant the new permission and turn this on.
Existing customers: open Settings → Danger Zone in the Entflow app and click Re-authenticate on the affected portal to grant the new permissions. Your synced data, canvas, tags, and changelog all stay intact.
IMPROVEMENT

Easier navigation on busy maps

  • The object legend collapses neatly and runs vertically so it never crowds the canvas, even on portals with many custom objects.
  • You can scroll inside large workflow nodes without the canvas hijacking your wheel.
FEATURE

Smarter links and human-readable detail

  • 'Open in Map' from any analyst or cleanup card now reliably jumps to the right workflow.
  • The dependency filter on the workflows page narrows the visible set to participants of matching dependencies.
  • Owner IDs, stage IDs, and notification tokens are humanised throughout the map and detail panels.
PERMISSIONSReconnect required

Custom objects, by name

  • Custom object types resolve to their actual HubSpot labels on the map and in filters.
  • Each custom object gets its own visually distinct colour so two custom objects in one portal stay easy to tell apart.
  • Reconnect HubSpot from your settings to grant the new permissions.
Existing customers: open Settings → Danger Zone in the Entflow app and click Re-authenticate on the affected portal to grant the new permissions. Your synced data, canvas, tags, and changelog all stay intact.
