SECTION 01

Severity-ranked cleanup types - automatically detected

Entflow analyses your entire workflow library on every sync and classifies issues into severity-ranked cleanup types: Conflicts (property collisions between active workflows), Erroring (workflows currently failing), Broken Links (references to deleted lists, emails, or workflows), Stale (inactive workflows no one's touched in months), Loops (re-enrollment risk), Overwrite risk (competing property writes), and Duplicate workflows (near-identical trigger conditions and logic).

SECTION 02

Resolve, ignore, or get an AI fix suggestion

For each item in the cleanup list, you can mark it as resolved once you've fixed it in HubSpot, ignore it if it's intentional, or ask for an AI fix suggestion. The AI reads the specific conflict or issue and returns a concrete recommendation for how to fix it - not a generic tip, but an action specific to your workflows and the problem detected.

Compare conflicting workflows directly from cleanup

Any conflict or duplicate item in cleanup shows a direct link to compare the involved workflows side by side. You don't have to find them on the map or search your portal - cleanup identifies the pair and takes you straight to a side-by-side view.

Bulk actions and filter by category

Work through your cleanup backlog with category filters and bulk actions. Filter to just Conflicts, just Stale workflows, or just Erroring automations. Use bulk actions to ignore all LOW priority items in one click, or mark all as resolved once a cleanup sprint is done.
