Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Entflow at entflow.app. By accessing the Service you agree to be bound by these terms.
01Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Entflow (“the Service”), operated at entflow.app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
The Service is operated by Entflow (“we”, “us”, “our”). We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
02Description of Service
Entflow is a workflow mapping and dependency analysis tool for HubSpot. The Service connects to your HubSpot portal via OAuth, reads workflow configurations and related metadata, and provides visual mapping, conflict detection, changelog tracking, and canvas annotation features.
The Service never modifies any data in your HubSpot portal.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the Service will be error-free.
03Account and Access
Access to the Service requires a HubSpot account. Authentication is handled entirely through HubSpot's OAuth system. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your HubSpot account credentials.
By connecting your HubSpot portal, you represent that you have the authority to grant the Service access to read your portal's workflow configurations, property definitions, pipeline metadata, marketing email metadata, list and form metadata, and portal user names, and to create new workflows in a portal you select when you use the duplicate feature.
You may disconnect your HubSpot portal at any time through the Settings page. This deletes the stored OAuth token and removes your access. If you are the only user connected to that portal, all of its stored data is permanently deleted at the same time; if the portal is shared with teammates, your link is removed and the data is retained for them until the last user disconnects. You can also revoke Entflow from HubSpot's Connected Apps settings at any time.
04Data Access and Permissions
The Service requests access to read the following HubSpot data:
- Workflow configurations (actions, enrollment criteria, metadata)
- Property definitions
- Pipeline and stage metadata
- Marketing email metadata (name, subject - not content or analytics)
- List metadata (name, ID - not member data)
- Form metadata (name, ID - not submissions)
- Portal user and owner names (so workflows that assign tasks or send internal notifications show a name instead of a numeric ID - never passwords or account settings)
The Service does not read, store, or process the contents of your CRM records (contact, company, deal, or ticket field values, or any PII), email content or analytics, form submissions, activity data, user accounts, or portal settings. It reads only your workflow configurations and your property and pipeline definitions (names, labels, and types); it does not call HubSpot’s contact or company record endpoints, and never reads, stores, modifies, or deletes individual records.
The only data the Service writes to HubSpot is new workflows it creates on your behalf when you use the duplicate feature. These are created as drafts in a target portal you select; the Service never modifies or deletes your existing workflows.
The Service never modifies any data in your HubSpot portal.
05Subscriptions and Billing
The Service offers paid subscription tiers, preceded by a 14-day free trial for new accounts. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually through Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle securely handles payment processing, collects and remits applicable sales tax / VAT in your jurisdiction, and issues tax-compliant invoices on our behalf. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorise recurring charges to your payment method at the start of each billing period.
You may upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your subscription at any time through the Settings page or via the management link in any Paddle receipt email. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Subscriptions are non-refundable. Cancellation, discretionary refunds, and statutory consumer rights are governed by our Refund Policy.
We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice. Price changes will not affect your current billing period.
06Usage Limits
Each subscription tier includes a workflow limit. If the number of workflows in your HubSpot portal exceeds your plan's limit, the Service will sync workflows up to your limit. You may upgrade your plan to increase the limit.
Accounts with an active subscription or trial have unlimited manual sync access. If your trial ends without a subscription, syncing and analysis pause and previously synced data remains available in view-only mode. Per-tier workflow and AI-analysis limits are described on the pricing page.
We reserve the right to implement rate limits or usage restrictions to protect the stability of the Service.
07Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its infrastructure
- Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to it
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
- Use automated tools to scrape or extract data from the Service
- Share your account access with unauthorised third parties
08Intellectual Property
The Service, including its design, code, features, and documentation, is owned by Entflow and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your subscription grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose.
Your HubSpot data remains your property. We claim no ownership of any data synced from your HubSpot portal.
09Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Entflow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
The Service provides informational analysis of your workflow configurations. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of conflict detection, dependency analysis, or any other analysis provided by the Service. You are responsible for verifying any findings before taking action on your HubSpot portal.
10Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements, operate without interruption, be timely or error-free, or that any defects will be corrected.
11Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may terminate your account at any time by disconnecting your HubSpot portal through the Settings page.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. All data associated with your portal will be permanently deleted.
12Governing Law
These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising from these terms or the Service shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing other remedies.
