Conflict Detection

Property conflicts are silently corrupting your HubSpot data

When two workflows write to the same property, HubSpot doesn't warn you. It just runs both - last write wins. Lifecycle stages reset mid-journey. Lead scores corrupt. Nurture sequences fire for the wrong people. Entflow scans every write action across all your workflows and shows you every collision, before it becomes a support ticket.

SECTION 01

Every property write conflict, visible at a glance

The property impact view shows every property in your portal with a W badge for every workflow that writes it. If two or more active workflows write to the same property, it's flagged as a conflict. You see which workflows are involved, what values they're writing, and when each one fires - the full picture of why your data looks the way it does.

  • W/R badges show writers and readers per property
  • Conflicts flagged automatically - no manual audit
  • See exact property values each workflow writes
  • Filter to show only conflicting properties

SECTION 02

Circular dependencies and orphaned enrollments

Entflow detects not just property conflicts but circular enrollment chains - Workflow A enrolls based on a property that Workflow B writes, which then triggers re-enrollment in Workflow A. These loops are nearly impossible to spot inside HubSpot. Entflow also surfaces orphaned enrollments: workflows that rely on an inactive list, a deleted segment, or an upstream workflow that's been paused - contacts enroll in nothing and fall through the cracks.

  • Multi-workflow loop detection across 3+ chains
  • Re-enrollment cycle identification and visualisation
  • Orphaned enrollment flags for inactive list dependencies
  • Upstream workflow pause and deletion impact alerts

SECTION 03

Dismiss false positives, track intentional conflicts

Not every conflict is a problem - sometimes two workflows intentionally compete and the last-write behaviour is expected. You can dismiss a conflict with a note explaining the decision, and it stays dismissed across syncs. Dismissed conflicts are tracked so you can revisit them if the setup changes. This keeps the conflict list clean without losing the audit trail.

  • Dismiss conflicts with a reason
  • Dismissed state persists across syncs
  • Restore dismissed conflicts any time
  • Conflict detail available on Growth plan+
