Real portals have a graveyard of workflows someone switched off and nobody cleaned up. Entflow keeps active and inactive workflows on one map, so a line into a paused workflow never dead-ends: inactive ones sit in their own band below, with a dashed border and a greyed header. The Status filter narrows the map to either, Saved views keeps that filter a click away, and the Deleted tab holds any workflow you've deleted in Entflow, ready to restore.
Pick any property – Lifecycle stage, Deal stage, any custom field – and Impact lists every workflow that writes or reads it, lights those workflows up on the map, and warns when active workflows write conflicting values to it. Before you rename a property, change a value, or restructure a pipeline, you see exactly which workflows are in the way.
The workflow map is a live canvas, not a static diagram. Turn on Annotate for the drawing bar: add sections to group workflows by team or funnel stage, drop sticky notes to record decisions and ownership, add shapes and text, and draw connectors for relationships HubSpot's metadata doesn't show. Annotations are saved with the map, beside the live workflow cards.
Press Cmd+K (Ctrl+K on Windows) anywhere in Entflow to open the search palette. Type a workflow name, a property, an email or list name, or a value a workflow sets, and jump straight to it – on the map, picking a property lights up every workflow that touches it. Built for portals where scrolling the map isn't viable. Everywhere else in Entflow, the same palette also lists your recent workflows and jumps to any page.
Whether you have 15 workflows or 500, Entflow is built for large portals and shows a live progress bar so you can track exactly where a sync is. When it's done, export the map as a PNG on every plan, or as SVG and PDF on Pro and above, for stakeholder reviews, client deliverables, or onboarding documentation. The same panel exports the workflow list as CSV, JSON, Google Sheets or Confluence, and builds files for Lucidchart, draw.io and Miro.
