Duplicate HubSpot workflows to another portal

Rebuilding the same workflow by hand in every portal is slow and error-prone. Entflow copies a workflow (or a whole batch at once) from one HubSpot portal into another, mapping each reference to the target portal's equivalent. Every copy lands as a draft, so nothing goes live until you say so.

Copy a workflow across portals in a few clicks

Property mapping that respects each portal

Internal property names drift between portals: 'lifecyclestage' in one might be a custom property in another. Entflow auto-suggests the closest match for every reference and lets you confirm or change it. The target dropdown is scoped to the right object (a Contact property only offers Contact properties) and is fully searchable, so even a portal with hundreds of properties is easy to navigate.

Safe by default: drafts only

Every copied workflow is created with enrollment turned off. Nothing starts processing contacts the moment it lands. You open the draft in HubSpot, give it a final review, and activate it yourself when you're ready. Server-assigned fields are stripped automatically so the copy is a clean, valid workflow in the new portal.
